Diet - Psychology - Exercise

Do you want to get off the dieting treadmill and lose weight permanently?

The DietPsychE difference is that we know:

• weight loss is an ‘inside job’!

• weight loss is not just about what you put in your mouth or how much you exercise but what you consume through your thoughts, beliefs and feelings

• nothing happens to your body without your mind’s permission

• most people know what they have to eat and exercise to lose weight, they just can’t maintain the motivation and follow through to do it!


DietPscyhE combines Diet, Psychology & Exercise to not only help you lose weight forever but to improve your physical, mental and spiritual health.

DietPsychE program are delivered in modules that you can complete in your own time before moving onto the next module. All modules were developed by Registered Psychologists, Accredited Practising Dietitians and experts in exercise.
