Deb Worboys

Deb completed her BSc Honours Degree in Psychology and Physiology in the UK and recently had her qualifications recognised in Australia.

While waiting for her registration to come through Deb worked in client management and assisted in the development of a wide range of psychology programs including: quit smoking, personality assessment, goal setting and action planning, facilitating behaviour change, cognitive skills programs, anger management and pain management.


Since becoming conditionally registered in Australia Deb has commenced working in the Rehabilitation, Clinical and Health Psychology areas. She has high emotional intelligence, a strong empathy for others and effective communication skills.

In the UK Deb worked in a non-profit run organisation seeking to prevent mental illness and promote well being and also gained professional experience working for Norwich Union, as a Project Co-coordinator / Administrator. This role required a high degree of time management, database development and control, multi tasking and prioritisation, organisational development, change management and effective communication on all levels.
