Richard is the Business Coach and Planner for DietPsyche™ Consulting. With a long background in Business Ownership and Management Richard brings a set of business strategic planning skills, organisational skills and marketing skills to the practice.

Whilst trained as an Environmental Engineer originally, Richard found the business planning and marketing areas of more interest. After fully systemising his own businesses using the E-Myth processes as a core and his own modifications of that structure, into a turn-key business between 1991 and 2000, Richard then moved into the arena of coaching others in their businesses.

Richard was retained by Anita Cochrane in 2005 to plan and structure the new online business, which has involved redesigning the websites for the business, working to "internetise" the existing training programs and put systems in place to manage the businesses through the period of transition and growth it is currently experiencing.

Richard works with owners of businesses and individuals working on start-up businesses globally. He encompasses a range of tools, including financial analysis, systems development and implementation, online coaching in researching possible markets and the development of these markets. He only works with 6-8 clients per year personally and always chooses clients that have a business that is contributing to a healthier, happier society. This was the reason that DietPsyche™ was a particularly interesting opportunity.

Richard also regularly delivers the Avatar course, a course structured to assist people to uncover and remove beliefs that create self-sabotaging actions by people.

Personally, Richard follows a health concious regimen of balanced eating habits, daily exercise (Bikram Yoga, Cycling and Walking), and taking care of his mind with meditation and using a range of psychological tools to maintain a positive mental state.
